Chicken Noodle Soup with Ramen Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 whole boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups water
- 2 packages chicken-flavored Ramen noodles
- 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
- 3 cups fresh or frozen veggies
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and brown the chicken and garlic.
- Stir in 2 cups water and the seasoning packages from the Ramen noodles, the Italian seasoning, and the veggies. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes (if using fresh veggies cook until ready).
- Add noodles and gently break each block into smaller pieces. Bring to boil, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until noodles are cooked.
