Chicken Noodle Soup with Ramen Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • whole boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
  • cloves garlic
  • 2 cups water
  • packages chicken-flavored Ramen noodles
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen veggies
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and brown the chicken and garlic.
     
  2. Stir in 2 cups water and the seasoning packages from the Ramen noodles, the Italian seasoning, and the veggies. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes (if using fresh veggies cook until ready).
     
  3. Add noodles and gently break each block into smaller pieces.  Bring to boil, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until noodles are cooked.
