Ingredients
- 1/3 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth, or 2 cup water and 2 bouillion cubes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Saute onion in the butter about 3 minutes. Add rice and stir, cooking just long enough to coat.
- Pour in water or broth, mix. Turn into 1-quart casserole, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
