Baked Rice Recipe

Serves: 4
Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth, or 2 cup water and 2 bouillion cubes
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
     
  2. Saute onion in the butter about 3 minutes. Add rice and stir, cooking just long enough to coat.
     
  3. Pour in water or broth, mix. Turn into 1-quart casserole, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
