- 2 chicken breasts, grilled
- 2 cup dry marsala wine
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 cup mushrooms, sauteed
- parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add Marsala wine, salt and pepper to a hot pan; reduce wine by 70 percent (reduce by letting it saute on low and the wine will slowly evaporate as it cooks.)
- Taking several tablespoons at a time, stir in butter until sauce is creamy.
- Saute your mushrooms in a separate frying pan in light oil. Add hot sauteed mushrooms to the sauce.
- Pour sauce over grilled chicken before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
